Ways to Check Out Explained:

We offer a few different ways to check out depending on whether you’re logged in or using guest checkout.
For the fastest and most secure experience, we strongly recommend logging in and paying right away.

Logged In & Pay Right Away (Recommended)

How It Works

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to My Account → Orders

  3. Open the order you want to pay for

  4. Select Pay

  5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions

  6. Select Pay for Order

You will then follow the same secure Interac Online steps as Pay Right Away:

• Select your bank
• Tap Pay Now
• Accept the e-Transfer from etransfer@vopay.com
• Receive your processing confirmation email

If your bank is Wealthsimple, Manulife, or does not appear in the list, choose KOHO and follow the manual e-Transfer steps outlined below.

Guest checkout is allowed, but payment must be completed immediately.

⚠️ Important
You must enter a valid email address and create an account password during checkout to receive your confirmation and order updates.

How It Works

Please refer to Option 1: Logged In & Pay Right Away and watch the video walkthrough above for the full step-by-step payment process.

The only difference with guest checkout is that you are not logged in before placing your order.

Once payment is accepted, you will receive your processing confirmation email.

Guest checkout does not automatically support Pay Later.

If you checked out as a guest and did not complete payment, please contact us so we can securely retrieve your order and send you a secure payment link.

If your bank or credit union is not listed, even after selecting Other Bank, choose KOHO to complete a manual e-Transfer.

Manual Payment Steps

  1. Return to the main Interac bank selection screen

  2. Select KOHO as your bank

  3. A new set of payment instructions will appear

  4. Carefully follow the on-screen instructions to complete the manual e-Transfer

This process requires you to manually send the e-Transfer using the exact instructions shown on screen.
